On Tuesday, May 19, 2009, Jefferson Wells invites you to play in our 2009 Charity Golf Tournament. The 2009 tournament proceeds benefit Florence Crittenton of Arizona, a non-profit 501C(3) organization that has served Arizona's youth and their families for over 112 years. Creating new beginnings for young lives was the driving passion of Charles Crittenton, the founder of Florence Crittenton, whose life's mission was to help communities around the nation serve young women in need. Today Florence Crittenton offers a comprehensive continuum of care designed to help at-risk girls from 12 to 21 overcome issues of abuse, neglect, teen pregnancy, teen parenting, and behavioral and/or mental health problems. They also provide charter education for boys and girls in grades 9-12 as well as community-based services for youth and families. The agency enjoys a national reputation for innovative programs that focus on gender specific needs. These programs have also been extended to boys through the Independent Living Program and the Crittenton Youth Academy. Jefferson Wells and our major event sponsors: Manpower, Manpower Professionals, Right Management and Casino Arizona, have underwritten the festivities which include 18 holes of golf, lunch, contests, silent auction, raffles and awards. Golfers will have the opportunity to donate directly to Florence Crittenton at registration; the suggested donation is $125 per golfer. All your donations are 100% tax deductible. Together, we will lend a helping hand to raise both awareness and funds for Florence Crittenton!

Join your friends in the Greater Phoenix area at this scramble-style golf tournament. The tournament includes golf, lunch, fun and networking. Golfers can compete in contests such as putting, closet to the pin and longest drive. We will also have a hole-in-one giveaway and a chance to win a 50/50 raffle!
Registration starts at 7:00 a.m. with a scramble format at 8:30 a.m. Silent Auction, raffle and award reception will begin at 2:00 p.m. Opportunities for raffle prizes and surprises will be offered throughout the day.
